Warranty & Return

Warranty


      All items sold from our wholesale stores have the following warranty: 
  • 14 Days Money Back Warranty

    If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn’t work, you can send them back to us as soon as possible with 3days of the receipt of your items, make sure the products in their original condition and with our completely labels on. We will handle it and return in a full refund for two weeks, but the shipping costs covers by buyers. 

  • One Month Exchange Warranty

    If the product doesn’t work, you can send them back to us in one moth for exchange, buyer pay the shipping fees for sending back to us. 

  • One Year Manufacture Warranty

    Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer breaks the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that component.

Return

  • 1. We guarantee that the items you receive will be exact good as our department of market will check each item/package well before shipping. 

  • 2. If you found damaged items by nature when you open the package, or there is quality problem, return is acceptable within 14 days since get package. 

  • 3. You must contact our customer service firstly to let us know the matter. You'd better make some photos to show. 

  • 4. We won’t accept any return action without informing us (because the customer services master the reasonable return address). 
    Customer should be responsible for return action which package was not returned to the correct certain return address. 

  • 5. After the package is returned back, please send us the tracking number and link to track online. 

  • 6. Once we get back the return package, we will repair, exchange or refund.

Refund

  • 1. If you did not get the package within the scheduled time, please contact our customer service soon to check the status of your package. We will contact with the shipping company to track your package's location. Of course we will take the responsibility to resend or refund as long as the package is proved lost. A lost package means customers can not get a package successfully within 8 weeks. Usually,a lost package seldom happens.

  • 2. If your refund request meets the above Return condition, you can return the package back within 14 days, contact our customer service for a correct return address, we will refund you as long as we can get your tracking number and return package
